We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility to all our guests. We are operating with a VERY limited resource, last-minute cancellations and rescheduled eliminate the possibility for us to fill those vacancies.

The following policy applies to any cancellations and rescheduling requests for community, private and full moon sessions, or monthly memberships. This policy applies for inclement weather, sickness, etc.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a session entirely, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a booked session. No refunds will be issues for any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.

Rescheduling Policy

All sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours before the booking through our online booking portal. Any reschedule requests after this 24-hour window will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Additionally, reschedules are only allowed once per booking.
