48+ Hours Before Your Session

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 95% refund to cover credit card transaction fees.

• Need to reschedule? Email us at hello@loylyfloatingsauna.ca, and we’ll take care of it for you—this helps you avoid the cancellation fee. We’re very responsive, so we’ll get you rebooked quickly!

12-48 Hours Before Your Session

• Cancellations within this window will be refunded minus a 30% cancellation fee.

• Alternatively, you can request a one-time free reschedule in the form of store credit.

Within 12 Hours of Your Session

• Unfortunately, no refunds or reschedules will be offered for cancellations made within 12 hours of a session.
